Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By downloading, installing, or using Clawga ("the App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App. Clawga is operated by appsix ("we", "us").

2. Your Account

You may use Clawga as a guest or with a signed-in account (Apple, Google, or email). You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for all activity under your account.

Clawga is intended for users aged 13 and over. If you are under the age of majority in your country, a parent or guardian needs to agree on your behalf.

3. Subscription (Clawga Pro)

Clawga Pro is a paid subscription billed through the App Store or Google Play. Renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by the platform you subscribed on, subject to their policies.

Pro unlocks your private OpenClaw container, unlimited long-running tasks, every channel integration, BYOK, and custom SOUL.md / AGENTS.md for every persona.

4. Your Content

Anything you type, upload, or generate through Clawga stays yours. We do not train models on your chats. SOUL.md, AGENTS.md, files, and task outputs live on your OpenClaw container — you can export or delete them at any time.

Non-sensitive metadata (timestamps, usage counts, crash reports) is processed to keep the service running. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture.

5. Bring Your Own Keys

If you connect provider keys (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Groq, OpenRouter, etc.), you are responsible for those accounts, their quotas, and any charges the providers bill you. Keys are stored encrypted on-device and, when needed, as environment secrets on your OpenClaw container.

6. Acceptable Use

Do not use Clawga to break the law, harass other people, generate sexual content involving minors, build malware or weapons, bypass security controls, or evade another service's terms. We will suspend accounts we believe are abusing the service.

7. Third-Party Services

Clawga plugs into third-party services we do not run, including any LLM provider you connect. Their terms apply alongside these.

8. Service Availability

We try hard to keep Clawga online, but the App is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we may change features, pricing, or shut down the service with reasonable notice.

9. Termination

You can stop using Clawga at any time by uninstalling the App and cancelling any active subscription. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On termination, your personal data is deleted in line with our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers & Liability

Clawga uses AI models that can be wrong, biased, or hallucinate. Check anything important before you act on it — especially code, contracts, health, and finance.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, appsix is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of Clawga.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use of Clawga after an update means you accept the new Terms.
